what is a diesel combi heater, and how it works?
There are 2 types of combi heaters for the Belief brand, one is working with diesel as the main fuel, 4KW 12V diesel combi heater; the 2nd type is working with LPG as the main fuel, 6kw LPG combi heater. Here is the brief and working method of 4kw 12v diesel combi heater as follows:
The diesel combi heater is a hot water and warm air integrated machine, and it can provide domestic hot water while heating the occupants. This heater allows use during driving, what is more, this heater also has the function of using local electricity heating.
In hot water warm air work mode,
The clients can use the heater heat the room and the hot water. If only the clients need hot water, please choose hot water working mode.
When the ambient temperature is below 3°C, please empty the water in the water tank to prevent freezing. There are three energy options to choose from:
Diesel Mode
The heater automatically adjusts the power.
Electrical Mode
Manually select the 900W or 1800W heating mode according to the power supply capacity of the RV
campsite.
Hybrid Mode
When maintaining the room temperature stage, the power demand is low, so, the clients can choose the electric for heating.
The client can start the diesel mode when the city electricity cannot meet the requirements. The clients should turn off the diesel heating function first during the power adjustment.
In hot water working mode,
The clients can start the gas mode or electrical mode to heat the tank. The tank temperature can be set to 40°C or 60°C.
Diesel Mode
The heater operates at the lowest power. Stop heating immediately after reaching the set temperature.
Electrical Mode
Manually select the 900W or 1800W heating mode according to the power supply capacity of the campsite.
