Some reasons that LPG combi heater not works? and how to solve it?
There is a customer once met with the situation that the LPG combi heater not works. It could be turned on, but it would not be ignited under LPG mode in cold weather. It turns to be normal after being ignited in electric mode(AC220) for 10-15 minutes.
The analysis are as follows:
First, the LPG combi heater working temperature is not lower than minus 15 degrees. the reason that it didn’t work is because of the temperature is lower than the working temperature.
Second, there may be other devices shared the LPG together when working, which leads to the shortage of the supply for the LPG combi heater.
When meeting the above problems, try the following solutions:
Turn off the other equipments or replace the large gas valve, greater than 35mbar, to ensure there are enough supply for the LPG combi heater.
