What is the problems of the white smokes when combi heater is running? and how to solve it?
One customer feedbacks that there is huge white smokes when running the diesel combi heater, he really needs the help and leave message via WhatsApp.
After our analysis, we conclude:
First, the reason of so much smoke may be because of there is too much diesel supplied in the machine, which is obviously over the necessary fuel capacity for the diesel combi heater.
We listed the solutions to customer as follows:
1st, Remove the fuel pipe (white fuel pipe) and stop supplying diesel to the machine.
2nd, Keep the machine running till it shows the error code,
3rd, Turn off the machine. and restart the machine, run it again (without any fuel supplied state) till the error code, do it 3-4 times. finally, burn up the remaining fuel in the machine.
At last, connect the fuel pipe again, test it, it may work well again.
Customer follows our advices and did all the above, he solved the problem all by himself.
